Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For items under $50, we may offer a full refund without requiring you to ship the item back, at our discretion.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — no return required.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
